Nani Reyes is an architectural designer at ArchiDev Studio with a Bachelor of Architecture from Woodbury University, where he served as AIAS Chapter President and earned the Portfolio Scholarship. He brings a strong design sensibility paired with a practical, delivery-minded approach that supports developer goals from early concept through documentation.

Nani’s experience spans hospitality, residential, and commercial work across Southern California—from small infill projects to larger, more complex developments.

He specializes in concept design, rendering, and digital modeling, translating vision into clear, buildable solutions that align with scope, schedule, and constructability.With a particular interest in inclusive design for neurodiverse individuals, Nani integrates human-centered thinking without losing sight of feasibility. He’s a proactive collaborator and problem-solver, and he is currently pursuing architectural licensure.

Kerry McCarthy is the operational backbone of ArchiDev Studio, bringing a strong background in Business Administration and Marketing to keep the studio running smoothly behind the scenes. While she isn’t an architect, she is essential to how projects move—owning the systems, communication, and coordination that protect timelines and keep teams focused on design and delivery.Kerry manages the day-to-day workflow that clients and consultants rely on: scheduling, meeting logistics, document organization, consultant coordination, and clear client communication.

She streamlines internal processes, improves handoffs, and helps ensure information is tracked, accessible, and moving to the right people at the right time.

With experience across customer engagement, sales, and operations—including roles at Northwestern Mutual and Verizon, plus work in user experience, websites, and digital marketing—Kerry brings a practical, service-driven mindset to every project. Her focus is simple: reduce friction, increase clarity, and help the team execute with consistency.

Ani is a San Diego–based architectural and interior design professional with over a decade of experience and a Master of Science in Architecture. She brings a refined design lens and a strong understanding of how interiors and architecture come together—supporting projects that need both visual impact and real-world buildability. Her background includes commercial interiors and architectural work across Southern California for Fortune 50/500/5000 clients, where coordination, standards, and execution are non-negotiable.

Ani has also contributed to international design efforts in Vancouver, Sintra, and Amsterdam, expanding her perspective on materials, detailing, and spatial experience.

With experience at award-winning firms and a focus on multifamily interiors and broader architectural scopes, Ani helps elevate projects through thoughtful planning, clear documentation, and design decisions that align with budget, schedule, and end-user outcomes.

Piima is an emerging interior architecture professional at ArchiDev Studio and is currently pursuing her degree in Interior Architecture at San Diego State University. With an early background in graphic design, she brings a strong eye for composition, clarity, and storytelling—skills that translate into clean presentations and thoughtful spatial concepts that support project goals.

Her interest in the built environment became personal in 2020, when she redesigned her own room with her dad and experienced firsthand how design choices can shift how a space functions and how people feel. That foundation informs her day-to-day work: supporting the team with design studies, visual deliverables, and detail-oriented coordination that helps ideas move from concept to documentation.Piima is focused on building hands-on experience and plans to pursue a Master’s in Architecture.

She brings curiosity, consistency, and a collaborative spirit to the studio, helping the team execute with care and polish.

Roberto is a mechanical engineer and designer at ArchiDev Studio with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from USC and a Master of Engineering from UC Berkeley. He brings nearly a decade of aerospace experience at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, where he developed the precision engineering mindset and systems-level thinking that now informs his approach to building design and technical coordination. After graduating, Roberto worked in aerospace at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company for almost nine years.  

He continued his career in mechanical engineering at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory National Ignition Facility, and a couple of startups before achieving his Master of Engineering inmechanical engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. 

Upon graduation, Roberto worked in autonomous vehicle, robotics, and aerospace fields. He recently pivoted to developing semi-conductor manufacturing equipment as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at EUV Tech.
