What Our Consultations Provide

What Our Consultations Do NOT Provide

Our consultations do not provide: legal advice, engineering analysis, guarantees of project approval, environmental compliance assessments, or formal engineering design. These services require licensed professionals in their respective fields.

Complete Communities & ADU Solutions Definition

Complete Communities refer to mixed-use developments that integrate housing, commercial, recreational, and civic uses in walkable neighborhoods. ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) Solutions involve the design and planning of secondary residential units on single-family or multi-family properties in accordance with local regulations.

Website & Resources Definition

Our website provides informational resources, calculators, planning tools, case studies, and general guidance on Complete Communities development under San Diego's local policies. These resources are educational in nature and do not constitute professional consulting services unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate engagement agreement.

City Approval Not Guaranteed

While ArchiDev Studio provides guidance aligned with San Diego planning policies, approval by the City of San Diego, Planning Department, or other jurisdictions is not guaranteed. No License = Limited Scope

ArchiDev Studio is not licensed as an engineering firm or law firm. We provide planning and design guidance based on established best practices. We cannot provide structural analysis, electrical/mechanical design, seismic engineering, or legal opinions on permit eligibility.

All final decisions regarding project scope, feasibility, design direction, and implementation are yours alone. What We Cannot Predict

ArchiDev Studio cannot and does not predict: market conditions, material costs, construction timelines, permitting timelines, regulatory changes, political changes, community sentiment, or project feasibility beyond preliminary assessment.

Notwithstanding arbitration requirements, either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.

Limitations Period

Any claim arising from your use of this website must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arises or be forever barred, regardless of any statute of limitations or other law.
